Q. How long does shipping take.
Shipping & processing takes standard 5-11 BUSINESS days NOT including weekends. If ordered on a sale, please expect longer wait time. sales are tripled in order volume. if that’s a issue please do not order -Processing takes 2/5 depending on bank please take that into consideration you wait until the finish processing time then you go to shipping time. Orders do not ship until they are fully processed. We don’t ship anything until it’s done processing NO EXCEPTIONS You also have the option to choose quicker shipping at checkout so once shipped you will be on fastest route
Q.Was my order received
Once you place a order on www.bestiegangworld.com you will receive a confirmation email with a Order # stating your order has been received. IF not email you entered may have been entered wrong at checkout And unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about a wrong email simply look above get familiar with our shipping process & times & understand ALL orders are shipped out before that shipping time ends AGAIN if you have entered the wrong email next time please slow down and double check your information we are unable to update change or remove email addresses. If you are wanting to confirm your order you can do so by your bank records
Q: I PLACED A FEW ORDERS & HAVEN’T RECEIVED THEM ALL OR I RECEIVED A ORDER THAT I PLACED AFTER A ORDER
Same applies once shipped you will receive tracking number like previous order Wouldn’t matter when order was placed all orders are shipped within shipping time listed. EX if you ordered mon and tues you may get 1 or the other 1st
Q. How do I change or cancel my order?
We are sorry to inform Every purchase is a final sale & We don’t have authorization to cancel or refund orders Under any circumstances. If we are forced to refund unfortunately system will automatically block & ban you.
Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
No Exchanges ONLY returns are acceptable for any wrong sent product ONLY. If you have received any damaged items, you must contact usps via email at USPS.com, with a picture of damaged items & picture of label for proof of purchase within 48 hours of receiving the damaged products no exceptions
Q. My item was lost, damaged, or stolen How can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Q. What happens when my order is returned to sender?
Once your order is returned to us the sender, we will issue a store credit in the amount of your order minus the shipping cost & 5% restock fee

Q. I received the wrong order or missing item what do I do
Any order discrepancies MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise. Your label on your package is your proof of purchase and it must be presented in a pic for ALL discrepancies. This includes, missing,Wrong items. You will need to upload a picture of the items received, the label on package, and email those along with the issue you are seeking to get resolved to customerservice@bestiegang.com The value of the store credit will be in the amount the item was purchased for Shipping fees are non-refundable
Q. Can I add to my order?
Unfortunately there isn’t a way to Add to an order once you have checkout and paid. You will need to replace a new order
